(je) ne (sors) plus : (I) don't (go out) any more, (I) no longer (go out) négation
Note that in spoken French, it's common to drop the ne and just use plus (or another negation such as pas).
J'ai plus faim. I'm not hungry any more.
je n'ai plus (d'argent) : I have no more (money), I don't have any (money) leftavoir, présent
